Nathan Gallagher Arrest Warrant: ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ Star Convicted After Missing Australia Court Hearing

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher has been convicted of three domestic violence offences in Australia after failing to appear at a scheduled court hearing, prompting authorities to issue a warrant for his arrest.

Gallagher, 27, was due before Burwood Local Court on September 1, 2026, in connection with charges arising from an alleged December 2025 incident involving a former partner and fellow Below Deck Mediterranean cast member, Gael Cameron. He did not appear when the matter was called. Prosecutors told the court they believed Gallagher was overseas, while immigration records indicated that he was outside Australia.

Judge Janine Lacy subsequently convicted Gallagher in his absence on charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault. The judge cited the serious nature of the offences and their domestic-violence context when deciding to proceed without him.

Gallagher was originally arrested by New South Wales police on December 27, 2025, following an alleged incident at a residential complex in Melrose Park, Sydney. He was later granted conditional bail and had been expected to return to court for the September hearing.

Before the latest court development, Gallagher denied that the public had heard the complete story. In an August statement, he acknowledged making mistakes but said he had video footage, messages and other records that he believed provided additional context. He said he intended to address the evidence through the appropriate legal channels.

A two-year apprehended violence order involving Cameron was also finalized
